At Zubaz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your bold new look, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, our streamlined process ensures you get back to rocking your favorite patterns in no time.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once submitted, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print directly from your browser or email.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
